Location, location, location. Rambla is in 20 steps far away. Barceloneta and beach is in 10 minutes by feet. Liceu metro station is in 3 minutes.
Services are very basic. No shampoo in the shower. No remotes for TV and air-conditioner. No view from window. Breakfast are very simple too. So it's no reason to pay 50 euro per room when It's possible to find more comfortable one for 70 euros.

Nothing
This hotel was very over priced for what it was. I could hear everything from the people next door, the walls were not keeping their noise out. I am very disappointed selecting this hotel from your website.

The gyu at the reception was nice
we reserved a triple room where roof was dirty and it smelled really not good and we had a view on a dirty wall.

Small but clean and comfortable, very close to the city center and to the main shopping streets
Too much noise during the night due to young people in the corridors

There were three things that were good, the location, the price and that they had WIFI, wireless internet connection included in the price.
I stayed for a whole week and they never cleaned the floor in my room, in the end there were dust balls in the corners. They claimed to be changing the bed linen (sheets) every three days but I had to tell them to change after four nights...

Location, just of Plaza Reaal, is absolutely great.
Comfort of the hotel is quite poor. The elevator was broken (seemed to be like that for a while already), there was no possibility to iron my shirts, and the room was extremely cold at night.

being so incredibly central is great. (You have to like 24 hour noisy cities though)
You need very good directions/map, and after midnight the area surrounding can be populated by people wanting to sell you drugs.

bang in the centre of town, and cheap
You have to accept it won't be quiet, as it is bang in the centre.

The hotel staff were nice and it was a central location.
The room smelt of sewarge this was after we had already moved rooms due to the noise on the first night , in the end we thought we would rather put up with a bad smelling room than not being able to sleep due to noise.
